Q: What are your attractions?
A: At Maui Maui we feature; a multi-level play structure, ball pits, toddler area for children 4
and under, token-operated arcade (with tickets and prizes!), café (with lots of yummy snacks and
pizza!), and party rooms.
Q: Can I bring outside food or drink?
A: Maui Maui does not allow outside food and drink. However, we have a fully-stocked cafe full of drinks, snacks, and meals. (Gluten-free selections are available upon request.)
Q: Do you require socks?
A: Yes, we do require that socks be worn on all matted play areas. Socks are available for
purchase should you need them.
Q: Do you have lockers or storage areas?
A: Yes, we do offer lockers free of charge.
Q: Do you have time limits on play?
A: At Maui Maui we don’t believe in placing time limits on play – in fact, we welcome you to
come and play all day!
Q: Are adults allowed on the play structure?
A: Yes, we encourage you to feel free to play and explore the play area with your children. We
do ask that only children 4 and under (and their parents) play in the Toddler Zone area.
Q: Do you offer party packages?
A: Yes! We offer three party packages for you to choose from, or feel free to customize your own.

Q: Do you require a waiver?
A: Yes, in fact, we encourage you to save time before you arrive and fill out the waiver online.

Q: How will you be sanitizing the facility?
A: In addition to nightly sanitizing of all games, play structures, and equipment, we are pleased
to now be a Dis.In.Fx certified facility. Our ball pits utilize GermBloc balls and all ball pit balls
run through a sanitizer and treated with UV light a minimum of once a week. All cleaners are
safe for children (of all ages).
Q: What are your regular sanitizing practices?
A: Maui Maui Play Island knows how important cleanliness is to our customers. In addition to our
regular Dis.In.Fx sanitizing, our cleaning routine includes:
o Daily zoned cleaning of the play structure
o Hourly wipe downs of all tables, chairs, stools, and counters
o Regular sweeping of seating area
o Nightly mopping of seating areas
o Regular ball pit ball replacement with ball cleaning and disinfecting
o Bathroom cleanliness checklists
o Bathroom cleanliness alarms
o Nightly floor mat cleaning and disinfecting
o Nightly coin operated machines cleaning and disinfecting
o Regular coin disinfecting
o Monthly, environmentally safe insect spraying
